The 2009 CGC Annual Meeting

Please call the office at 1-800-430-2667 or email Elin at if you plan to come. We need to know about food, sleeping space, and babysitter needs.

Friday, September 19th

  • Annual Meeting attendees are welcome to come on Friday afternoon; however, we do have renters so you will probably need to stay in a tent or with friends and be unobtrusive. People need to let us know if they will arrive on Friday. We will be going off site to eat.

Saturday, September 20th

  • 9:00 am - Arrive, have some coffee and catch up on the news.
  • 10:00 am - The Annual Meeting (a longer agenda will be coming)
    • Reports from the Staff
      • Camps
      • Rentals
      • Site
  • 12:30 pm - Lunch
  • Afternoon, join us for more fun. The afternoon schedule is here.
  • Annual Meeting attendees are welcome to spend Sunday night; however, as we have renters you will probably need to stay in a tent or with friends and be unobtrusive. People need to let us know if they are planning to stay on Saturday night.

Sunday, September 21st

  • 8:30 am - The CGC Board Meeting

 

       

      Common Ground Center is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, dedicated to bringing together and strengthening diverse families and communities. We offer programs focused on music and the arts, the healing arts and outdoor exploration.
