Every family deserves a vacation – especially yours.
Camp Kaleidoscope is a joyful, inclusive retreat where autistic children and their families can relax, connect, and celebrate one another. We believe that every family deserves a vacation that honors each person’s individuality and supports authentic experiences of rest, play, and belonging.
2026 DATES
June 27 – 30

This was our first time at Camp Kaleidoscope and it was refreshing to visit a place where I (we) didn’t feel judged. The grounds were beautiful. We really appreciated the flexibility with food and that we could bring our own.”

The care your family needs to make memories.
At Camp Kaleidoscope, we affirm that autism is a natural part of human diversity. Our program provides opportunities for families to thrive in an environment that understands and embraces them as they are.
We offer the structure and support families need to truly unwind—whether that means time together, time apart, or time in nature. With inclusive activities, flexible routines, and staff who respect every individual’s communication and sensory needs, Camp Kaleidoscope nurtures connection and joy on each family’s own terms.
Here, every family belongs, every way of being is respected, and every moment is an opportunity to simply be.
Support
On the first day of camp, your family will meet your very own Family Partner, typically a graduate student studying speech language pathology, occupational therapy, or a related field. Your family partner is here to help facilitate camp life for your family and provide a helping hand to support your family retreat.
Activities
There’s time for everything at Camp Kaleidoscope, and every day offers new possibilities for every member of the family, together and as individuals. While all the kids spend the morning engaged in creativity, age-appropriate games, nature-based exploration, and supervised, unstructured play, adults have several dedicated hours to take a class, take a hike, or just take a nap.
In the afternoons and evenings, camp staff facilitate camp-wide activities for families and their family partners such as swimming, dance parties, and campfires.

Camp K is an amazing experience! It is the one place where you know everyone ‘gets’ what it means to raise a child on the spectrum. Our family can just relax and be ourselves.”
