This is a great place to gather.

Whether you’re an organization looking for a fresh conference space, an instructor planning a yoga retreat in the mountains, or a family that has outgrown the backyard for a reunion, consider Common Ground Center as the destination for your next group gathering.

We are well equipped to host a variety of needs and group sizes. If you have a large group or are planning a conference, you can rent our whole site exclusively. We also offer non-exclusive rentals for small groups, an economical option that’s ideal for non-profits and families. Our a la carte menu of spaces will allow you to have exactly what you need to make your event a success.

Our Eco-Lodge is open year-round for small groups and is ideal for winter retreats, while other features of the site are only available in the warmer months. Common Ground Center is conveniently located between Burlington and Middlebury, Vermont, just off Route 116, with lodging available on site.
